1. Service provider identification

The following information is provided in compliance with the EU E-Commerce Directive (2000/31/EC) and its national implementations across the European Economic Area, including Spain's Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico (LSSI-CE, Ley 34/2002).

Tax Identification: We comply with all applicable tax registration rules. Due to the sensitive nature of our tax identification number (PAN), please contact dhruv.pant@voiceroam.com and we will securely provide it upon legitimate request.

Note: This company is registered in India and does not hold a Spanish NIF/CIF or equivalent EU tax identification number at this time. All digital sales of VoiceRoam products are conducted exclusively through Apple's App Store and Google's Play Store, which act as Merchants of Record and are responsible for the collection and remittance of all applicable EU Value Added Tax (VAT) on digital sales to EU consumers.

Company Registry: This company is not registered in the Spanish Mercantile Registry (Registro Mercantil) or equivalent EU registries. Full Indian corporate registration details are provided above. Company registration records can be verified through the Indian Ministry of Corporate Affairs at www.mca.gov.in.


2. EU Representative

We are in the process of appointing an EU-based representative under GDPR Article 27. This section will be updated with their contact details upon appointment. In the interim, all data-related enquiries, including rights requests and complaints, should be directed directly to dhruv.pant@voiceroam.com.


3. Supervisory authorities, dispute resolution, and points of contact

Data protection. Users have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of their personal data with their local data protection authority. For users in Spain, the competent authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, Spain. Website: www.aepd.es.

Consumer protection. For consumer disputes related to our services in Spain, the competent consumer protection authorities are the relevant Oficina Municipal de Información al Consumidor (OMIC) in your municipality or the Dirección General de Consumo of your autonomous community.

Online dispute resolution. In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform for consumers in the EU at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email address for the purposes of this platform is: dhruv.pant@voiceroam.com.

Consumer arbitration. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) or any equivalent alternative dispute resolution body. Digital Services Act point of contact. In accordance with Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act), the following is our designated single point of contact for communications from EU authorities and users:

4. Nature of content and AI disclosure

VoiceRoam is an AI-powered audio tour platform. The content delivered through the app and described on the website is produced as follows:

Tour scripts are drafted using artificial intelligence and reviewed by human editors before publication. Narration audio is generated using text-to-speech technology. The voices are synthetic and are not recordings of real people. Pause & Ask responses are generated in real time by AI based on user input and are not reviewed by humans before delivery.

All content is intended for entertainment, cultural exploration, and general informational purposes. It does not constitute professional, academic, or authoritative factual guidance. For full details on content nature and limitations, please refer to Section 4 of our Terms of Service.


5. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, audio, text, software, and design elements associated with VoiceRoam are the property of Travelfall Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited. For full intellectual property terms, please refer to Section 7 of our Terms of Service.


6. Limitation of liability for external links

The VoiceRoam app and website may contain links to third-party websites, including those of our tourism partners. We do not control the content of these external sites and assume no responsibility for their accuracy, legality, or availability. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. At the time of linking, no illegal content was identified on the linked pages. Ongoing monitoring of linked content without specific indication of a legal violation is not feasible. Upon notification of any specific legal violation on a linked page via dhruv.pant@voiceroam.com, we will review and remove the relevant link promptly.
